Problems surfaced with the cleanliness of the room. I found leftover items in the shower and had to clean hair from the bed. It made for an uncomfortable stay, especially with the distractions from those issues.

My stay at Alpha in Ostend highlighted some great aspects along with a few frustrating moments. Loved the comfortable mattress that made sleeping easy. The location impressed me, just a 3-5 minute walk to the sea. Unfortunately, I faced cleanliness issues. the room could’ve been cleaner with hair on the bed and leftover items found in the shower. A little troublesome when traveling with a child. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, so that was a plus. The reception experience needed improvement as the staff appeared a bit unfriendly and didn’t check room availability properly when I asked about extending my stay. a mixed bag but still some enjoyable moments.

The room was not properly cleaned. there was a persistent odor and dust on the surfaces. I discovered a dirty towel hidden under the bed, and it was really unsettling to think about what else might have been overlooked. The noise from outside and the hallway was also bothersome, making it difficult to relax during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay with my friends! We tried the addictive cooking classes, which kicked off at 10:30 am and lasted about three hours. The modern design really caught our eye, and it was super convenient being close to local eateries. We loved the easy access to nearby attractions that offered breathtaking views and beautiful beaches.

Unfortunately, a friend had a frustrating experience when the owner was uncooperative over a late check-in, which dampened our group's overall excitement for the place.

The recently renovated room struck a balance between coziness and functionality, complemented by a surprisingly comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Plus, the heating system worked excellently, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. the room felt a bit cramped, especially for longer stays, and additional amenities could enhance the overall experience. The hotel's central location offered easy access to numerous restaurants and bars, making it a convenient choice for food lovers.

I really loved the cozy bed that gave me the best sleep I've had in ages, and the inner courtyard made for a super quiet night despite the busy surroundings. There were lovely relaxation spots like a charming lounge area and a peaceful garden to unwind in. Just a minor hiccup with the receptionist not checking availability when I wanted to extend my stay, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Can't recommend highly enough for one night

Comfortable room, convenient location, the modern design of the lobby created a welcoming atmosphere, while the helpful staff provided excellent service and a delicious breakfast to start my day right. Plus, being near the EAV bus stop made exploring the area so easy.
